On 3 March 2023, KDHW Food and drug administration division provided a one-day Pharmaceutical Software Management Training to KDHW central and field staff. The aim of the training is to improve the KDHW Pharmaceutical Logistic Management Information System and for pharmacy staff or healthcare professionals working in hospitals, Village Tract Health Centres (VTHCs), and Pharmacy Warehouses, managing the quality of pharmaceutical products and the entire supply chain through electronic database management. Total of 27 staff from KDHW central, VTHCs and secondary care centers actively participated in the training, both through online and in-person.
The training topics include;
• Introduction of the KDHW Pharmacy Management System
• Introduction of Advance Pharmaceutical Software Management with a practical section
• Introduction of Pharmaceutical Mobile App Application Software Management with a practical section
• Data Security Management
Some achievements of the training are participants gained knowledge and well understanding of the pharmaceutical software management, the training plans caught with the objectives and there were well-engaged among the participants.
